Jam Version #2 (Balancing)


Summary

After getting comments about the level curve & improper balancing, we improved the balancing of the units and arenas.

Changes:

  • Units
    • Air Child: Raised Speed 1->1.25
    • Air Adult: Raised Speed 1->1.25
    • Fire Child: Raised Speed 1->1.25
    • Fire Adult: Raised Speed 1->1.25
    • Increased Attack Cooldown(=Faster Attacks): 60->45, Increased Damage: 3->4, Decreased Health: 20->15
    • Plant Old: Decreased Damage: 8->6
    • Water Old: Decreased Attack Cooldown(=Faster Attacks): 60->45
  • Arenas
    • Buffed Arenas: 3, 4, 6, 9, 10 & 12

We feel that buffing certain arenas helps in having a constant stream of lost units and therefore of new units that keep the age distribution mixed.
